    Just a standard Weber kettle... Grill surface was a special purchase that allows the center to be replaced. Cast iron insert is from weber. They have accessories for everything

    Life happens and the ribs are put off until tomorrow. I do however get to use my new cast iron grill insert.... Heating it up now paired with a vortex. Ribeye or strip both marinated in a garlic peppercorn....qview coming!
