Will the meat still be just as good if smoke the meat the day before an event that need it at and then warm it up the day of?
If so what is recommended method to warm it up the day of?

I am doing 2 pork Butts at the same time, in same smoker this weekend. I have only ever done one at a time. Will it take longer than doing one? Will having two in there at same time alter the normal 1 1/2 hour per pound?

Doing first butt today, seemed to stall at 146 degrees, which seemed low from what I have seen on the forum.
Anybody else experience stalls that low?

I have read a lot about different techniques and a lot of it was posted long time ago and trying to decide on approach to do my first pork Butt.
Do you recommend putting the meat in an foil pan to keep it more moist?
If put in a pan, do you turn the meet in the pan at any point?

I have 2 door master forge propane smoker.
Going to try to use chunks and use the smoker box that came with it
Does it matter where to place the chunks in the box?
When using the smoker box, with chunks, should I use the slotted lid it came with or leave it open to fit bigger chunks?

Just got my smoker for fathers day. Using the Master Forge 2 door vertical propane smoker.
Added gasket to the doors as well, and seems to work well.
First smoker and looking forward to learning and many great meals ahead for the family and get together's with friends.
