This is my first attempt at Q-view(after learning about Photobucket from Beer-B-Q and a few others). This is about the third attempt at ABT's,and by far the best so far.Well here goes, I hope you enjoy. We sure did(I made 20 ABT's Sun. and me,my sis,and BIL ate all but one.)....

I have been trying to post Q-view,but even after editing my pics(jpeg) I cannot get the file small enough to upload onto forum. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong, please and thank you.

Welcome Golf. I have done tons of brisket,but never considered cutting one. I would imagine though if cut right it would be like buying one already cut.If you're not sure where to cut,I would go on a recon mission to the store and compare a cut (flat) to a whole packer trimmed brisket.
