    Well I finally figured out what smoker im getting... im gonna build a double barrel smoker.. I just got to find some 55 gallon drums 3 of them. Next question is should I get food grade drums or do u think it would be ok to get any kind and just burn it out:yahoo:

    I've been grilling for along time. I have been wanting to get a smoker for some time now.. I want to get a horizontal offset smoker but dont know what kind to get for a starter smoker big enough to feed at least 6 to 10 people.. any help with what smoker to get would be appreciated.. any tricks...
