    Teriyaki Chicken Jerky?

    I had an idea to take some store bought teriyaki marinade such as Lawrys brand or something similar and diluting it with some water or even juice of some sort and adding some Morton's Tender Quick as a cure. Has anyone else tried this and if so how'd it turn out for you?
