    It was a little on the dry side, compared to others I have done, but not bad, I think between the fat and about 36 hours soaking up the tampico probably helped. I didn't inject any of the juice, but I do pierce it all around so it gets inside some.

      You dont cut out the gut sack first? When I learned about razors and started getting them I was told they dont filter out like steamers so you have to clean them out by hand.

    Thanks guys.  Sailor, I have been hearing about a few lakes in NE Washington with a parasite issue, the Kokes are dying off there. There are several both in the greater Seattle area and in Eastern Wa that still have healthy populations. Craig, you need waterproof papers.
