    Seasoning a Smoker???

    Definitely  season it. Burn off all of the impurities.  Fill water trey, Pam the inside, throw some wood chunks on & fire it up. The temp dial is very touchy, a 1/16" of a turn will change the temp 20-25 deg. Experiment with it a bit. Let it go for 2 hours or so. Happy smoking. The Smoke Vault...
