Trying to decide if I need this little smoker.
I have a 18" and a 22" Weber grill, an Offset smoker, a vertical propane smoker, and a gas grill.
Not sure if I would use this unless I get some input from the group if it has some value to use.

Here are the facts:
4 lb Pork Loin on sale at our local market.
Rubbed with EVO, Rosemary and Thyme.
Wrapped and into the fridge overnight.
Set up the Weber 22" charcoal grill with the rotisserie module on and placed the charcoal for indirect heat.

I used my smaller chiminy which works out just right.

I am going to use the grill set up for indirect heat with charcoal.
Will throw a couple chunks of wood in to get a little smoke on.
