    So I got the AMNPS maze and I have used it a few times. I'm using it tonight on my pork butt and I was under the impression that it is supposed to burn for over 6 hours. Even 8-10? I lit mine at 9 and it completely burned upmthr pellets in 3 hours. What am I doing wrong? I just filled it up...

    Ok boys and girls. Just put in my MES30 (4), 28 total pounds of boneless pork butt. Using AMNPS with pecan and cherry pellets. Set the temp @ 230 and having a beer now. Should have about 20ish people tomorrow and pulling at about 2-3pm.

    Ha ha ha . I hate to foil other than the rest time. Yea, I only did one other butt smoke before this and didn't foil but I love the bark so much has that I won't foil other than the rest. No problem with being moist and tender at all. No injection either.

    Well this sucks. Put the meat on at 10pm and lit the AMNPS and went to bed. Let it burn 10 mins then blew out flame. Opened the top vent all the way and pulled out chip loader half way.
