my first smoker was a propane "box style" i quit soaking the chips towards the end my chip holder had like a bowl in it that I just filled with more chips , and I just used the bottom rack to hold a pan of water. TBS is not impossible , but it will not be easy either.
is there any advantage to smoking a pork butt bone in VS bone out ?
I have a small business and I love costco cause they sell 2 butts in a pack , but they are BONELESS
do i honestly lose anything by buying boneless? or are time temp wood choice and rub the only thing worth worrying about ?
I though I would throw on some ribs and chicken just to keep the smoker going at the event. and if they sell they sell of course the ribs would be more expensive.
oh and i definitely plan on getting the trailer there to smoke ribs , they take four hours so if i start them when i arrive i can have plenty of orders ready by lunch.
