I'm hesitant of PLASTICS and their harmful effects...I would not do this cooler corn in a plastic cooler. I do not boil food in a plastic bag, nor microwave food or drink in plastic...For me, there are just too many risks associated with it. GLASS is best...My grandmother lived to a healthy 94...
Definitely AL...I've never bought ribs from them again...My dad regularly shops there but I don't. I just go to Kroger or the local Specialty Meat Market(if I've got a little extra to buy the PRIME).
Several Years ago my dad and I bought about 20 racks of babybacks from Sam's. (We had a family reunion to cook for)..The sell-by date was 2 weeks...they were vac-sealed from the factory! Opened them up and they were RANK, Rotten, Rancid...We opened each pack, they all were in the same...
Even if has a week or two left on the "sell-by" date, JUST SMELL IT...To heck with what somebody else tells you.
Like Bob Dylan says, "You don't need a weatherman to tell you which way the winds blow."

Hey I have fast cooked baby backs just Vergos family in Memphis does. Directly over hot coals, It takes me an hour to a hour and half to do a rack this way. I frequently mop on a mixture of vinegar, water, salt, and pepper while it's cooking..When they're done you can dust em with your favorite...
Yes..There's many different ways. I like my ribs with more of a bite to them. Don't get me wrong, I WILL eat a foiled rib that falls off the bone!!! I just prefer the texture of a "non-foiled" rib...Totally a personal preference thang though... :-)
Chunk-em in garbage and get some new ones...One of my cousins got sick on "bad" chicken a few years back. He recovered but was in the hospital for 2 days. He was probably 28 yrs old when it happened...I smell EVERY piece of meat when I'm getting ready to wash it, season it, cook it, or...
I dosed it good with kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper then put it on the grill. When it was nearly done I splashed it lea&perrins and let it cook for another minute. Then I chowed down with "no" sides, no condiments, etc...It was MONEY
The sideways pic is an accident however, the tenderness and flavor of this cow has rendered me sideways!!! Holy Cow this is THE best steak I've EVER tasted...
