But I have done some reading a few folks out there say when using the webber charcoal pan for the water pan it does hold more water but the bottom of the pan is much closer to the coal's so the water evaporates faster.     Looking for a Smithfield Ham

    I looked yesterday in two different grocery stores Martins and Weis. They don't carry them. I did find a ham made by a nascar driver think it was Jimmy Johnson. His hams were also labled country ham in cloth bags near the meat section. ??? I will continue to keep my eyes open...
