    AMaze won't stay lit

    I have put the AMNPS inside the main chamber,same results.It goes out half way through the first row.Even if I crack open the hood,would this help if there is no breeze blowing?Today the wind is blowing,I should lite the AMNPS,and see what happens.

    I put the AMaze with pellets in the side firebox,and put a fan in front of the vents.The smoke was flowing real good out of the stack.Half way through,the pellets quit smoking.It's driving me nuts.I'll try the microwave next time. Bill

    I smoked some cheese last month,some of it is molding.After I take it out of the smoker,I wipe any sweat off of them.I vac,seal the cheese,and put in lower drawer of the fridge.I understand that I can cut the mold off,but I give cheese out for Christmas gifts.Can somebody tell me why,the cheese...

    Christmas Eve I cut up some cheese that I smoked two weeks ago.Both my son & grandson,said it was nasty.I thought it was great.My son said that it was too smokey.I tasted a hint of smoke,nothing over powering.So i'll let the rest stay in the fridge a little longer.

    I had the A Maze on top of the grate,I finally put it underneath one of the grates,where there was no cheese.It made a big difference..The cheese took on a nice smokey taste,& it's all vacumed sealed in the fridge.The cheese has some  black grill marks on it,anyway too avoid this?I'm planning on...
