The breast on one of the chickens was a bit dry. The one I took the pic of was much better. The ribs were real good, even though I prefer spare ribs over baby backs. Couldn't pass up the deal at $1.49 per pound, so I loaded up on them.

Use banana peppers, and chop the jalapenos up and add to the stuffing. Then you have complete control of the heat whil keeping the great pepper flavor.
It was kind of a windy day with constant shifting wind. That affected the temp control a bit, but it never got hotter than 240 or below 215. I used Frontier Lump Charcoal from Sam's club. Went through about 12 chimneys full in a 9.5hr smoke.
