Pork Shoulder 180 Degree Stall..?
Hi, have had a shoulder on since 8am(10.5 hours) and I am stalled at 180 for almost 3 hours. Using pecan in an offset smoker and stick burning only. Temps have been between 245 and 275(after adding fuel). Anyone here had a second stall around 180 before? I am NOT using foil this time and... -
