    I completely agree, but I wasn't sure if my cast iron pan was big enough. I did it while they were on the pit still.

    Thanks guys. I was fairly happy for my first attempt. The non sausage one was a little drier. Not dry per se, but drier than the other. Already thinking of what to stuff next one with.
