    Thanks for the shot out! I’ve been saving small batches of dry age trimmings. If you want to up that stock, put a few pieces of that or a roasted beef bone in that for the cook to!! Yum

    Todays menu is 30-40 with gusts of 55 and joined with rain...... I'm wanting more of this and less of the "THAT" "I'm dreaming of a white Christmas"

    @Brokenhandle here is the breakfast cook…… I didn’t do a great job turning the egg or spud cakes….i smashed my thumb on the roof so didn’t has my full skills….lol…. None the less it makes a tasty breakfast!!!

    Crazy Wind - 65-80 Mph tossing semi’s today….

    That 144 was recorded at the weather station at Mt Coffin…the name fits The weather station 10 min to the west of us clocked 83 Mph….we have a sustained 45 at the moment…..seems like a breeze in comparison! Just crazy weather!

    This was a little over 2 weeks ago, we (the fam) was 9 mins a head if this….i know cause I remember looking at the dash clock as I got off the exit 1 mile from here to drive the back roads cause the semi traffic was nuts and I didn’t want to drive though 12 miles of construction in the middle…...

    The stretch of interstate west of us has 56% trucks that’s about 20k trucks a day on average it’s about 12-15k a day next to us…. Some times it seems like grand theft auto in real life!

    This is an on the fly recipe from Mrs C. She adjusts to taste as she goes….. 1 Cup orange juice 1 tbsp Dijon mustard 1 orange zested and juice 1/2 tsp ground cloves 1 Tbsp chicken base 1 Tbsp sweet soy sauce Cup brown sugar 1/4 cup honey Let simmer till the flavors are worked in….about 15-20...
