Thanks for the shot out! I’ve been saving small batches of dry age trimmings. If you want to up that stock, put a few pieces of that or a roasted beef bone in that for the cook to!! Yum

The weather station 10 min to the west of us clocked 83 Mph….we have a sustained 45 at the moment…..seems like a breeze in comparison! Just crazy weather!

This is an on the fly recipe from Mrs C. She adjusts to taste as she goes…..
1 Cup orange juice
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 orange zested and juice
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1 Tbsp chicken base
1 Tbsp sweet soy sauce
Cup brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
Let simmer till the flavors are worked in….about 15-20...

Ah I added the recipe for the potatoes up above. You get a scalloped/au gratin like side without the work! You can also add copped ham, turkey or other stuff in the mix if you want too.
