I always do chicken and almost always do ribs on the WSM, the WSM is very little maintenance, its just too easy.

I like the activity of smoking and I like my stick burner because I get to monitor it and maintain it … It gives me something to do for a day. However...

Must say this thing is legit and well worth the money. For the last year I have been like "I don't need no stinking PROPANE lighter for my WOOD smoker!!! ... from using the lighter I am probably an hour ahead of...

I cooked the butt in the Yoder till 178deg, then finished it in the oven where I could sleep and not have to worry about heat.
