    I liked how pink it turned. Im sorry it was too salty for taste but nice save with the water soak. At least it came out a 7 for ya witch is great for first time anything. Hope the next one ya do comes out a 10!

    38x16 about the same size as the charbroil. As Neens said it would depend on the construction and thickness of steel in firebox. As far as being a "wood burner" 14x16 does sound a little small for a firebox, however, made out of say...1/4 or 1/2" steel would be nice charcoal/chip/chunk firebox...

    No pro here either, Richtee guess makes sence to me too. I also would think that it would make your fire burn more evenly? Top coals and bottom coals? I saw the new style Char broil with the 2 dampers. Its a good question.
