AMZNPS Baffle (Worried About Drippings) with pre Q-View
I believe that the cover I originally designed restricted air flow a bit too much. AMZNPS went out after maybe 30 minutes or so. How Thin is "Thin" for TBS?
How Thin is "Thin" for TBS? I can see through it....almost transparent. AMZNPS is generating Smoke in the MES. I am thinking that any thicker is too much.- netbbq

I've read about drippings into the AMZNPS potentially putting out the smoke. Here is my "mod". Cut a 9x9 disposable cake pan in half and overlap them to size. Use the clips that come with the larger ones (sold at pajama mart) to hold them together. Little worried about the smoke getting...- netbbq

Now that's funny....I don't care who you are....
I've had an MES 30 for a month now and am smoking everything in sight. My wife was getting a little concerned.... Background. She is a 30 year registered Nurse and oh by the way she smokes (cigarettes)..... And she says to me " Maybe we need to be careful about eating all this smoked meat"...- netbbq

1st Cold Smoking in MES
OK, here we go..... 9:30 in NE TN. Finally got a torch that would work. Not using the AMNPS, not sure how much to put in there .... so winging it with a little cast iron doohicky with 1/4 cup of AMNPS pellets.- netbbq
