    Seems like its all a bunch of BS. Sadly twice in 3 years I needed to use a lot of the ins. and maxed out OOP...they sent me letters saying they suspected I was sharing my coverage. I blew a gasket. Sent them a very nasty reply. Never heard back....huh.

    Just renewed for 2026. went from $150 to $435. I had to upgrade my plan to cover new meds and expected testing. But my deductible is going to be $2050. My meds will eat up that deductible real fast. My consultant agreed that with the higher premium would come out ahead rather than paying...

    Landman 2, TDS, as many NFL games as I can. Started Absentia on NF...not sure I will finish that. Goliath on Amazon is quite good. Billy Bob is great.

    Same, used brine water is not something I would warm up. Its got funk in it you dont want anywhere else - IMO.

    I second the food grade meat lug. I have one with a lid I use for various purposes. Doesnt stain or retain smells.

    I run briskets at 275 start to finish. No wrap, no fuss. Always turns out nice. How long...plan for a long one at 18lb. At 275, as a guessimate 12+ hours? but plan more. Smaller ones have run 10 so...a while. And its done when probe tender.

    No, at least I didnt. Once I hit the OOP max in March this year, I paid for nothing unless I went out of network or skipped a preapproval...which I didnt. This is on ACA. And I suppose its all in the benefit summary.

    Cutie! Love dogs! Ours were bread (dont hate me), but we are committed to rescues from now on. Kona and Kai are 9 and 8 respectively. Kai still acts like he is 2.
