    good meat to smoke... not brisket

    Is that the same as a sirloin tip roast? Local butcher had 8-11 lb angus boneless roasts for $3.99lb.  They were still in the cryo vac packs so will hold well. Wasn't sure how well it would smoke since it didn't seem to have much fat running through it to keep it tender. Thoughts?
