    Well sure. One can frozen OJ concentrate, 1/4 cup of key lime juice ( bottled from the store), two teaspoons Tiger Sauce, 4 tablespoons sugar or substitute no calorie stuff and a little finely ground coconut.

    You could call a caterer local to you and give them a head count and choose a similar menu like two meats and two sides. Compare costs.

    I send all the water to y'all. Its wet but at 3400 feet up if the water backs up this high I'll ask Noah if he needs a country boy chef on board lol. Seems like there are a lot of WNC members here.

    There ya go. Country Boys will survive. Foam trays melt during the apocalypse leaving only steel smokers behind. Move SOUTH. I thought everyone there moved here via a stay in Flawida. In Ohio BBQ is a grilled burger. Down here in Dixie it's anything on all fours. Be true to yourself. Smoke it...

    " Pig Pickins" are big in North Carolina. Everyone gets prime meat selection. Yes there is some waste in bone but folks LOVE to pick their own so to speak.

    Oh my these are good. I do all of the standards from buffalo to Asian Zing and Parmesean garlic. I did this because I wanted something else.

    Today, cherry wood smoked wangs and finished off in my own citrus, ginger, turmeric and coconut sauce.

    Low and slow. I've competed doing whole hogs. Rub the inside with salt. I used a teriyaki citrus liquid that I made to brush it down and keep it moist. Hickory wood.
