    Smoked off a yard bird Thursday night (takes me awhile to post).  Around 400° for about an hr. Pulled it @ 175° in the thigh. While it was resting I grilled a bit of asparagus.  Sorry these no plate up picks, it went kinda fast. Thanks for lookin'.
