We smoked sum meat balls for the first time till they hit 155. Put on sum bbq sauce and added a little hot sauce after the smoke and added a fork! Charcoal and hickory chips n chunks in my mes 30. :biggrin:
Okay I may have just got lucky, but I smoked sum liver till my smoked meat balls hit 155!! These are my first smoked beef livers and they came out melt in ur mouth!! Added a little bbq sauce and hot sauce after smoke. :drool
This is the first one I have done hot n fast. We also removed most of fat cap and the skin. We used amnps to smoke 4 hours, but also used a little charcoal,hickory, and apple. We used chips and chunks for the first couple hours. Smoked the skin also.
My first dogs. I done 4 without smoke boiled and grilled and 4 with smoke and put bacon on 2 that was being smoked. I preferred smoked with bacon!!! Probably in my head. :grilling_smilie:
