Well its about 1:30am and just got done cutting all of the sticks up, I had to pick my brother up at the airport at midnight so I let them hang for a while until I got back. Pulled them out of the smoker around 9:30 or so. After 8 hours total of smoking this is what I got!

Thanks, I believe they are 19mm casings. I had to get them from somewhere else other than the butcher shop I always go too. The ones I usually get are a bit smaller in diam. but, these work!
Did you have your bottom vent open so the coals could breath? It's really hard to say without seeing or more info on you specific setup! Hang in there I'm sure someone will chime in with some more info for ya!

Well, It looks like it was a success! A great lookin first fattie, I will have to agree with the rest of the members that I have learned to stay away from the thick cut bacon and use the thin stuff, just doesn't come out as crispy as I like it when using the thick cut stuff. I love my bacon but...
Now that's allot of cheese...! It looks awesome and im sure it tastes wven better. I like all of the rolls in the fattie, I think I will try that on my next fattie. You can never go wrong with making more than one, rather have more than not enough and there are just as good reheated! Well done.
