    See if you can get the clutch apart. It may just need a little resurfacing. 80 grit sandpaper. Could be just sticking. Lube up all the linkage too. RG

    Looking good. Practice makes it fun too. Make sure to rest. I don't peek or spritz. Racks get a squirt of sauce and double foil wrap. Into the cooler for 45-60 minutes. They finish fine. RG

    You may have to roll your own. I haven't bought any but the are a lot of non hybrid heirloom seed suppliers our there.
