Anyone grow Padron's ? I picked up one plant back in April and it is now loading up on fruit. I have red that they can be eaten as tapas by roasting them in olive oil to soften them up and then a sprinkle of course salt.
I did one of these using the Meat Church recipe and it did turnout pretty good. It wasn't quite as spicy as I thought it might be but it does make good tacos and burritos. You will be pleased.
No mustard for me as I usually wind up getting as much on me as I do the ribs. Just put the rub on and let them sit on the counter until the rub gets wet from the meat

Up north, the Costco gas lines are full of Canadians with a trunk full of gas cans, I can't really blame them due to the gas price in Canada. Meats are really good but pricey
