First smoke?
I believe it's the ME40...it was on my list and I was a pretty good boy this year I have heard that the electric smoker don't crisp up the skin on chicken so I would probably have to finish them under the broiler? So I believe that Santa is bringing me my first smoker and I am itching to give it a try. After seasoning it, what do you all recommend for a first time smoke? In the market for my first smoker
Looking at the ME 30 or 40; leaning towards the 30 so I have more $$$ to spend on supplies. Will I feel like the 30 is too small? Can I do full racks of spares and turkeys in it?
