First smoke of season for me. Live in Central Wisconsin so I can't or at least haven't attempted to do any winter smoking.
Two racks of baby back ribs and a whole chicken. WSM.

Ribs were great. Chicken swings were a little rubbery, and didn't get the flavor I was looking for, but I put we had plenty so didn't eat many wings, perhaps a night of refrigeration and they'll taste better tomorrow?
