Akorn around 450. 12 inch pan, Dough from an excellent local shop called Jiggy Ray's, home grown tomato and basil, pepperoni, green pepper maple sausage, fresh mozzarella and cheddar.. Pretty happy with the result.
Thanks, I was pleased.
The reflector seemed to work as the toppings browned nicely. Two problems: The thing is way too short, I can fix that. The other is no way to shut it down. It just has too burn until the fuel is exhausted.
My pulled pork over Bristol BBQ sauce on dough from a local shop a little chopped Jalapeños and garlic with bacon flavored cheese. The oven I was building here https://www.smokingmeatforums.com/threads/dedicated-weber-for-kettlepizza.273941/

Traded for this Kettlepizza basic kit. Planed to use it on my performer. Turns out due to the heat that was a bad idea. I had this old Weber CL find. I'm in the process of fixing them together as a permanent pizza oven. The fit assembled as directed was lousy with a 1/2 inch gap. Now I have a...
I don't know what radius BrickSeek checks. When my close ones disappeared I checked the larger cities around. Luckily I had a work reason to pass through Knoxville about 120 miles from home. I probably wouldn't have made a special trip.
On the other hand It is together now and on the base and...
