Goodies for Oct 13 weekend
Decided with the perfect weather to fire up the pit instead of taking a spin on the bike. No boston butt so I ended up with picnic (next time I will wait for butt). Left Over Brisket.... What do you make?
I make up some brown gravy with the juices, even use store bought and make open face sandwiches. HMMMMMMMMMMM -

I brine in a cooler. Put the subject into cooler then I have different sizes of ice containers ready to fill voids even bagged ice works. Dallas Cowboys stadium
Yes, Texas stadium really isn't obsolete, but they want another stadium they get one. I just wonder why they keep calling them the Dallas Cowboys when they have been in Arlington much longer.- twomill

This action had many states passing laws that stated that citizens could not be disarmed in a time of emergency. It is hard to believe the number of brainless people who can't tell when they are given illegal orders against citizens of the USA. I just wish the ones giving those orders would... -
