Heck ya! Good looking meal. I totally agree with you as we have been getting hammered in SW Michigan as well. Finally a little break today so the smoke is rolling here. Nice work!
That is a big pizza pie! Ummm... the constant smile while staring into my soul was a bit much. Cool idea. LOL. I may have nightmares from that.:emoji_fearful:
I have very much enjoyed my Blackstone. We just took it for an 8 day camping trip. So versatile for breakfast, lunch, dinner. Even used to heat premade breakfast burritos and pressed em. Came out with nice golden brown tortillas. Dang that thing is great.
I couldn't think of a single reason not...

Turns out Kalamazoo is now charging $4.69 a pound as of today. Pork bellies up from $2.99 to 3.89. Did get a whole ribeye to dry age for $12.99 lb. which was the best I have seen recently.
At Costco to grab me another brisket! LOL. Thanks!
Thank ya. It had been $2.99 all winter. Still learning here as well.
Appreciate it. You will need reservations for standing room only. Hahaha. Had a few people from the south over and they said it was pretty good. I will take that! Cooked 75...
