So I seasoned my new smoker(GOSM Gasser) and I noticed that the stock thermometer was about 100 degrees higher then the one I bought from The Depot. I did put the one from the store in boiling water to make sure it was accurate and it was within a degree or two. So can the stock one be this...
There's a place about 20 mins west of here called Rubbin Buttz BBQ that makes a Hillbilly Philly,they take chopped brisket, thick cut bacon, and the usual filling for a philly Cheesesteak and put it all on a eight inch toasted hoagie oh so good.
Bought the recipe for Jeff's rub awhile back back but never got around to using it until this weekend on some bone in chicken breasts.

Rubbed with Mustard Cayenne pepper,salt,pepper,garlic powder, and brown sugar
1/2 hour into cook time
Right before I foiled them
All plated up
Decided to sauce them with this,it was actually pretty good.
