Thanx for the kind words guys. Yea i love my offset, I think what was giving me trouble was the brand of brikets I used, they were on special at home depot but they were burning out way too fast so i think i'll stick to using those for grilling only.

Well hot damn I done outdone myself! We couldn't resist any longer. The smell in my kitchen was too much. Sliced it up good, it was so tender, And it pulled apart real nice. Everyone enjoyed it. I already know i wanna do another one, next time i'll inject it.
So i pulled it about an hour ago at 192 and its been resting . I had to go to the grocery store real quick and i checked my temp just now it's @ 165. i thought the temp would go up down. What's up with that? Any help is appreciated.
