    For me, i've used mustard on butts, and I use worcestershire THICK sauce on my Beef. I'm up for anything, and will try molasses.... do you use it on everything? should i give it a try on ribs?

    It did taste great, but would like to enhance the flavor of the mac n' cheese inside. might try some different cheeses, or throw the extra bacon in there.

    I already have it built, so i'm looking to make it better. should only be a few bucks for the nipples.... or i can always do the "drill the holes and close em with magnets" thing too.

    So the one problem I would like to solve with my Mini-WSM is the bottom vent. what i'm going to do is try and create airflow similar to the UDS builds. So i'm going to put 3 nipples with caps, and one ball valve on it. I think i might run to home depot to get the nipples/caps on my lunch break...
