    Looks like a way too much salt and you only have to marnate for a couple hours. I doo ALL my chickens at a higher temp, 350 or so to get a crisp skin. Also make sure that you rinse the chicken good.

    NO not that I know of. Skin side down will give you the grill marks. Cook at 350 and to get crispy skin.
