Looks to be a heated holding cabinet, I have one that will heat to 375*F, so should be no trouble to use as is. I bought mine thinking it would not work but it does, so will use as designed, I got a 3 door commercial freezer to build my smoker out of.
When I added my Weber lid I brazed the kettle lid to the drum lid in 8 places around the rim and used silicone caulk to seal the rest of the seam than cut the center out of the drum lid.
I also installed 2 meat racks and It will hold 4 15lb briskets.
Bought this non-working fridge at the restaurant equipment auction for $55.00 with the doors and shelves and I am going to build a smoker, will post pics as I progress on the build. I have also included a pic of 25lb of smoked polish sausage I did in my Bradley and Smoke Hollow smokers.
