I'm thinking 4 hours and then I'll bump temp up 10 per hour....

What's the humidity controller? WH8040? If so, that's what I bought to build mine... but I don't think it has the capability of controlling a two stage like the STC-1000 temp controller...
The temp controller can heat and cool based upon set point +/- hysterisis... The Wh8040 only has one...
