    Bumped it up to 120 and added a combination of PMC and Apple to the AMPNS... How long to smoke... I'm thinking 4 hours and then I'll bump temp up 10 per hour.... Any thoughts on that?

    Was that a virgin smoker?  I swear mine hasn't looked that clean since day 1.  Then again, I haven't ever sprayed it out or scurbbed it down... I just figure the brown/black gives it character... Good looking snack sticks though!
