I portion all my leftovers in vacuum bags and then freeze them. Makes a quick dinner. Pop it in the microwave and you have the making for a samich. I also toss a bag into the pot when I'm making beans or chili. Really kicks things up. Have fun with it.

Wow... What a good question. Sorry I don't have an ansewer. My wife will not eat anything but breast meat but that can get dry. If I was to pull some chicken for myself, I think I would go with thighs. Might have to try that. Good luck!
OK guys... I have not made many of these. Can I prep them the day before and get them on the grill the day of the party. I agree that pre-smoking would not be a good idea but stuffing and wrpping should still be ok right??? Thanks for your help

That is how I clean my grates. Just be sure that the darn thing does not get out of hand. A little fire and a good wire brush and you are set. Hope the chow was good.
