    7hrs in and the temp is about 160f, been cooking pretty steady between 220 - 250. Can't wait to start shreding this!!

    I'm smoking some shoulders for my b-day tomorrow. I will be waking up early to get them on the smoker. I've done some smoking but this will be the first time with the side fire box...

    This was a lot easier than I thought.. Expanded metal was 10.00 a sheet at lowes I just folded the edges to hold it together, it three pieces, the main piece has the two edges folded then 2 side pieces... This is for my chargeiller. I will post some food porn after my b-day smoke tomorrow

    Glad I stumbled across this awsome forum... Can't wait to learn and share smoke stories! Currently I use a char grill charcoal smoker that does the trick for now. I also have a big cinder block smoker I use for whole pigs, works good but needs work
