    First attempt at fondant potatoes

Watched a video maybe sometime last summer about making fondant potatoes. I’ve since Googled several different recipes and sort of winged these tonight. I loosely followed what other recipes said, but wasn’t very good about sticking to any one of them. Started with Yukon gold potatoes...

    Mississippi Poboy (Malcolm Reed)

Bruh...you gotta watch his YT vids. He's so cash. If I keep making barbecue, I'll look like him in a few years (and I weigh like 185 now).

Free test invitation from Inkbird(BBQ Thermometer)

Just weighing in to mention that, like Steve, I have done reviews on a couple of items like you are asking about. It's legit. That said, I wouldn't have provided a positive review if it weren't true. Everything I have from them is legit.

Weber SmokeFire - anyone get it yet

Harry Soo has a follow up video up rn. Can’t yet comment, as I haven’t finished the vid. ETA: He cooked like 65 pounds of briskets, butts, and short ribs at the same time for like 12 hours and only experienced a "flare up" at the end that he thought was nbd. He seems to be sticking with it.

Pretty sure the Smokefire is made in America (with "globally sourced" materials).

    Weber Smoke Fire

Harry Soo put a new vid out on it here 4 hours ago. Just getting ready to watch, but pretty sure I’m out on this grill. Wanted so badly to get one and love it. Guessing HS gonna fluff it up some given that it’s a YT subscriber’s grill and not even his own.

    Sous vide cooker recommendations

Would reiterate the love for the Inkbird unit. If nothing else, I'd lean that way just because of their presence on this board.

Weber SmokeFire - anyone get it yet

I’ve been waiting for this product and have been so excited to get it all fall/winter. Now I’m like 99% sure I am not going to get one. Wanna takes a second and figure out what to actually get. I like Camp Chef and would reluctantly get a Rec Tec (I think they’re great products, but I despise...
