So last weekend I smoke my 2 pork butt and made pulled pork, and I have to say it was 8.44 pounds of pure deliciousness. I used a store bought pork rub mixed with a good amount of brown sugar all on top of a yellow mustard rub. Next time though I am thinking of trying honey mustard.

So in the end everything came out great, it came off the smoker about 830 IT was about 197, I know I should have waited a bit longer perhaps 205, but it was starting to rain and I wanted to get the smoker out of the rain. Oh well here is the visual feast, what everyone really wants.
