I have to agree with you Humdinger. Started a Boston Butt Saturday night and it needed to come off about 8 the next morning. Well friends were over and we had a great time sitting around drinking and time really few by. Ended up going to bed around 4 a.m. No alarm or anything, BAM up at 7:30.

I agree, you really stole that one. You will not be disappointed by the BGE. I just did my first 14 hour Boston Butt. The temp stayed perfect the entire time once I set the vents. Cooked all night and the next morning still at the temp I set. Kept it that way for a few more hours before...
