    how long?

    until it gets to a safe internal temperature...try not to go by time if you can help it. Temp is the only true indicator of doneness.

    What I love about my grill is that there is a long chip holder right in front of the rotisserie burner, so if I'm rotissing, I'm smoking at the same time. Best of both worlds

    I can just about drink Frank's sauce straight from the bottle...LOVE the stuff! Is the sweet chili sauce anything like a Thai sweet chili sauce? I made some great wings over super Sunday with a mix of sweet chili sauce and Sriracha sauce.

    Dave, I'm not absolutely sure, but I believe it should be close to 1.5xpounds. It varies a bit day to day. So if it's 25 pounds, i'd expect to be charged around 40 bucks
