    Well it isn't so much storing it as using it in the rain.  I got around to seasoning it a little to late yesterday and it started storming before I got to actually cook anything, and I brought it in because I didn't want it in the rain.  It's supose to storm again tonight and tomorrow night too.

    What is the best cure to use for making canadian bacon?  This will be my first, so I'd like to keep it simple as possible, but maybe be able to add/mod seasonings.  Cabela's is the closest place I can find any, I just am not sure which one to get?  ty

    Just finished putting together, got some errands to run then will season it.  Couple question, is it okay to cook in it while seasoning it, and is there any good way to keep the drip pan lined up with the drain hole?  ty

    I can't really aford an AMAZIN smoer atm, the only reason I got the MES was because I got a $250 lowes gift card for free, and lowes was all out of window ACs in that price range.  So is that a yes or no on being able to smoke cheese in a MES?

    Smoker - $25 (Overland Park)

    I contacted the sekker about this, and was told I could have it for $20, and that I had to get it during tha weekend, but the sell would never tell me where to go to pick it up.  It is suppose to be a Gas GOSM, the picture below is what he sent me of what it looks like.
