Thanks. My son and I came up with it. Saw something online to this affect and made our own so Lone Star Grillz could make it. They will do pretty much anything you can come up with.
Not as cold as you. It is still more than likely going to snow in Houston on Monday. I'll do a seasoning then smoke something like ribs & wings on Saturday. So looking forward to this no matter how cold.

I do believe they are having a supply chain problem with steel. Hard to get at this moment. Lumber right now is the same way. Cost is going through the roof. They raised their prices lately on their smokers too.
I ordered my 20x36 on 09/29/20 and I still do not have my work order email yet. Getting bummed out making 4 payments on it and counting with nothing in my backyard. I need, want and got to have my LSG. :emoji_disappointed:
The first one is a Gen 2.5 you can tell by the drip tray. It is larger than on previous versions. You can also tell by the sun cover at the top of the unit where the digital controls are. The second one is probably a Gen 2.5 as well. They don't show the inside but the sun cover is a sign that it...
