I've been reading that in the past couple days and also few threads here, how do I know if it's frozen below 0?? Just put it in the freezer form30 days?
How about if you are just making stew or something like that? Do you still need to freeze it? Or it's all related to the type of cooking...

Cool. For now i ordered a 5lb bag from amazon, once i run out i will be checking locally, already checked the closest publix and winn dixie and they only carry mesquite, hickory and apple, will check home depot and other places as well....
