Not sure if others have experienced this or not but I actually prefer smoking in advance, freeze then reheat. It appears to taste better (of course that may just be the liquid refreshment speaking after a long day of smoking). I have reheated in the smoker, in a crock pot, or even a microwave. I...
I wish I had read this tomorrow so that I would not have to wait for the results, however I think I know the answer or at least what I think it would be.
Not sure if you will/have experienced the same thing that I have on my electric smoker but I have found that in order to get a good smoke I need to add one or two lit briquets to my pan of wood. Otherwise it will just not produce the smoke that I have come to enjoy. Try it may help.
I found it at the local grocery store/ department store like a Wally world in the BBQ section. Otherwise you can order some online I will see if I can find a link

Tri Tip is one of my favorite meats. I do not smoke them but rather grill them with olive oil, salt, pepper. I have tried with rubs and all kinds of marinades etc but the best ones are oil salt and pepper on the grill

I think I got it. I also am trying to figure out how to mount three water tanks on the trailer and not have them in the way. I figure I will need one hot, one fresh and one grey water tanks.
It will be interesting not matter how I do it. Once I get it set I will post pictures.
The concept was not necessary to be green however that is great that it is, the idea was to make it so that I can place the rig anywhere and be self contained when there is no water/electric available.
I would like the water to be hot enough so that I can wash dishes etc.
There would likely be...
Funny I was looking to do the same thing.
I have considered using an Ez-up pop up tent and attach it to the trailer.
I have looked at aluminum frame and attach panels to it.
Just have not found a good idea. If you find one I would love to hear about it
