Need advice on sheet metal please

I used .060 304 stainless for all of the sheet metal n my fridge. I bought a whole sheet and then had a sheet metal shop cut the widths I needed so I would have good square and straight edges to work off of. I then used a motobo .040 cutoff wheel to cut the pieces to length. You could use .050...

Camp Chef Smoke Vault 24 in. Propane Gas Smoker?

I had the 18 inch model for over 15 years, and just retired it for a homebuilt fridge smoker. I had a temperamental regulator that plagued me for several years and then replaced it. The gas flow was better. As stated above it is hard to keep the temps down. I got mine so that I could cook on...

Pit Boss Copperhead for cold smoking cheese?????

You could try a AMNPS on bottom with a pan of ice above the AMNPS to lower the smoker internal temp. I would only do it on a cold morning. I will not be doing more cheese until October. I like the temps to be 60 degrees or less.

I have been looking at buying a pellet grill. Blazin Gill works Gridiron was on my possible list to buy. Sound like you have had problems with the Grill? Enough to just get rid of it for free. How long did you have it? Customer service problems? Would you buy from them again?

Yesterday we smoked a BBQ chicken pizza with Cherry. I pushed the fridge smoker to it's limits. I had...
